The English Language Learner tutor serves under the general supervision of the ELL Coordinator and Principals to coordinate district wide ELL support students..

Duties and Performance Responsibilities

•  The English Language Learner (ELL) tutor provides support for  instruction to children who are acquiring English as an additional language, working collaboratively with other instructional personnel, including classroom teachers and ELL Coordinator, to meet the individual needs of each child. 
• Required activities include:
• collaborating with classroom teachers to obtain assignments,
• Providing translation services
• Tutoring students or supporting instruction, and attending district ELL/LPAC meetings.
•  Essential Functions: Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with English Language Learner. 

Salary -$13.25 an hour  (Paid with ELL funds)
